Maison Gerald Charles is delighted to share that the MASTERLINK has won First Prize in the Luxury Watch of the Year category at the prestigious Inhorgenta 2025 Awards
We are honoured to be recognized as the best in the Luxury Watch of the Year category by INHORGENTA, one of the most renowned honours in the jewellery and timepiece industry.
It is truly an amazing recognition to receive this year, which marks the 25th anniversary of the Maison.
It’s not just about celebrating 25 years, but also honouring the experience, craftsmanship and vision of Mr. Gérald Charles Genta that have shaped the brand throughout his life. Through his passion and creative freedom, he has transformed timepieces into icons – small yet powerful expressions of luxury and innovation such as the Masterlink.
This achievement would not be possible without the legacy of Mr. Genta. The Masterlink is the first integrated asymmetric watch in the modern era of Gerald Charles, directly inspired by the Sarawak, the unique bespoke watch created by Mr. Genta in 2007, and the first and last watch with an integrated asymmetric bracelet he designed.
This year’s competition saw an outstanding 137 submissions across nine categories. Winning this award is a testament to our unwavering commitment and this inspires the Maison to continue pushing the boundaries of excellence and artistry in watchmaking.
