In an exciting collaboration, VEJA and BUFF® have joined forces to launch the Fitz Roy, a technical hiking shoe that embodies the spirit of outdoor adventure while staying true to both brands’ commitment to sustainability. Set to release on April 24th, this sneaker combines VEJA’s Brazilian craftsmanship with BUFF®’s vibrant Spring 2025 color palette, creating a product that’s as stylish as it is functional.
Design Meets Durability
The Fitz Roy is designed for the trails, featuring a solid and stable sole equipped with multidirectional crampons and a Rock-Plate for protection against sharp stones. The upper, made from 100% recycled polyester, is both resistant and water-resistant, thanks to a PFC-free durable water repellent treatment. The sneaker’s laces draw inspiration from climbing ropes, while the mesh tongue proudly displays the BUFF® logo—a nod to the brand’s outdoor heritage.
Sustainable Innovation
Sustainability remains at the core of this collaboration. The midsole is crafted from 52% sugar cane and 3% Amazonian rubber, while the sole incorporates 31% Amazonian rubber. These materials reflect VEJA’s ongoing dedication to eco-conscious production.
