In 1999, Guerlain dedicated a new kind of fragrance collection to it: Aqua Allegoria. A declaration of love to biodiversity and its treasures, expressed through elegant scents overflowing with optimism and joie de vivre.
Composed of beautiful ingredients sourced from all around the world by the House’s perfumer explorers, the fragrances in this collection celebrate all the emotions of Nature through three ranges, each imbued with the singular atmosphere of a specific time of day. The radiant Aqua Allegoria eaux de toilette celebrate the beauty of Nature under the dazzling light of the sun at its zenith, while the more intense Aqua Allegoria Forte eaux de parfum capture the vibrant splendour of Nature at sunset. Introduced in 2024, the Absolus Allegoria perfumes unfold sensual fragrance trails charged with mystery, inspired by the striking contrasts of sumptuous Nature by moonlight.

ABSOLUS ALLEGORIA FLORABLOOM
AN ENCHANTING BOUQUET BY MOONLIGHT
In the penumbra of a moonlit night, the dunes of the Atacama Desert are covered with myriad specks of colour. Pink, purple, yellow and blue: thousands of flowers spring up, like an unexpected explosion of life at the crossroads of sand and sky. The magic of this nocturnal superbloom inspired Delphine Jelk, Guerlain Director of Perfume Creation & Perfumer, to compose a hypnotic floral bouquet. A powerful scent with an almost unreal seduction. The intoxicating sensuality of a nocturnal bouquet, beautifully enhanced by the warmth of sandalwood and patchouli.
Flowers reserve their most voluptuous facets for nighttime… To transcribe the opulence of this bouquet enfolded by the soft light of the moon, Delphine Jelk has created an enchanting Four O’Clock Flower accord, tinged with sensual accents of rose, ylang- ylang and frankincense. This flight of floral notes, enhanced by mysterious curls of frankincense, recreates the exhilarating feeling of the desert air, suddenly saturated with the scent of flowers.
Displaying a milky white colour contrasting with the dark blue of the sky, tuberose gleams intensely at the heart of this wonderful bouquet. The magnetic white flower reveals its most sensual facets on contact with an addictive and velvety mango accord, contrasting with the intense warmth of a woody framework. The depth of sandalwood and patchouli suggests the dark setting of this magical and enchanting spectacle. Their warm and powerful woody notes leave a captivating impression on skin, as deep as night.

THE FLORABLOOM COLLECTION
The natural phenomenon of the superbloom, which covers the desert in flowers of every colour, has now inspired three creations in the Aqua Allegoria collection. They reveal all the facets of this fleeting garden, from the sun’s zenith to dusk.
Florabloom Eau de Toilette interprets this miracle of nature under the dazzling rays of the sun at its zenith, while Florabloom Forte captures it under the golden light of the setting sun.
For the first time, Guerlain has transposed an icon from the Aqua Allegoria collection into the Absolus Allegoria’s intense and captivating world. Florabloom Absolu complements this duo, celebrating the magic of the superbloom at nightfall.
ALLEGORIA, QUITE NATURALLY
Created with high standards in terms of naturalness, Absolus Allegoria fragrances incorporate more than 90% naturally-derived ingredients and are formulated using alcohol made from responsibly farmed beetroot.
They have adopted the Allegoria collection’s iconic bottle, made entirely in France and crafted from 15% recycled glass. Its unscrewable spray and transpa- rent lacquer allow it to be recycled more easily.

An emblem of this pioneering commitment, the Aqua Allegoria collection spreads the two aims that guide all the House’s actions to the four corners of the globe: ensuring the quality and longevity of its creations, while giving Nature’s gifts back to it.
Formalised in 2007 through the In the Name of Beauty programme, this ambition has placed conserving this inestimable heritage at the heart of Guerlain’s actions. A collection of fragrances composed of more than 90% naturally-derived ingredients and formulated using responsibly farmed alcohol, Aqua Allegoria is one of the finest examples of this 360° approach. It embodies this ethos from its original vision to the choice of the ingredients in its formulas: from Calabrian citrus gardens to Bulgarian rose fields, Guerlain – a UEBT (Union for Ethical BioTrade) member since 2021 – has introduced an auditing process for each of its seventy channels supplying iconic natural ingredients. This approach requires a set of best practices: respect for biodiversity and protection of the rights of workers and communities. Improvement plans are being rolled out hand in hand with our partners, as part of a continuous improvement approach with the aim of certifying all the House’s iconic channels by 2030.
FLORABLOOM HAND CREAM
At the crossroads of fragrance and skincare, Guerlain invites Florabloom’s trail in its hand creams collection, right beside Mandarine Basilic, Rosa Rossa and Rosa Verde.
A nurturing ritual composed of more than 97% naturally-derived ingredients and enriched with beeswax butter, which gently hydrates and nourishes hands. A lightweight formula that leaves hands soft, supple and subtly scented with Florabloom’s floral fruity notes.
Inspired by the hexagonal shape of a honeycomb, its bottle is entirely made in France. All the benefits of Aqua Allegoria within hand’s reach.
