Mr P. is pleased to introduce its first-ever tennis collection, a 15-piece exclusive release available only on MR PORTER, with new product dropping throughout the season. The collection draws inspiration from vintage court style icons of the 1970s, reimagined for the modern man through the lens of Mr P.’s thoughtful, function-forward design.
The collection blends nostalgic references to tennis legends such as Björn Borg, Jimmy Connors and Arthur Ashe with contemporary fabric innovation and considered detailing. Designed with both performance and lifestyle in mind, the capsule includes an array of ready-to-wear styles and a selection of performance-led basics made to transition seamlessly from court to clubhouse.
Key styles include three technical polos crafted in moisture-wicking Lyocell jersey, alongside tailored performance shorts in blended stretch fabrics. Open-collar tops – a signature Mr P. silhouette – feature prominently throughout, with vintage-inspired striping and subtle embroidered accents.
Additional highlights include a clubhouse set, cut in low-pile Japanese terry cotton, comprised of a relaxed zip jacket and drawstring shorts, offering textural contrast and elevated off-court ease.
The collection incorporates Drirelease® technology across its technical jersey pieces. Crafted from a unique mix of synthetic and natural fibres, Drirelease® enhances moisture-wicking, quick-drying and breathability properties without the use of chemicals, offering a natural feel with performance benefits built in.
Signature Mr P. design touches run throughout – from laser-cut buttons and internal locker loops to heritage-style trims and tonal embroidery – underscoring the label’s dedication to craftsmanship and enduring style. The result is a wardrobe that prioritises form and function in equal measure, whether serving on the court or relaxing after the match.
The Mr P. tennis capsule launches alongside the brand’s summer 2025 ready-to-wear collection and Permanent range, available year-round on MR PORTER.
