THE WOODWARD, AUBERGE COLLECTION, ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE FESTIVE PARTNERSHIP WITH MILANESE JEWELLERY HOUSE, POMELLATO

The Woodward, Auberge Collection, Geneva’s historic lakeside property and the city’s first all-suite hotel and only Two Michelin Star dining destination, is delighted to announce an exclusive festive partnership with Milanese jewellery house Pomellato, uniting haute joaillerie and haute pâtisserie in a celebration of artistry and savoir-faire.

Founded in Milan in 1967, Pomellato is celebrated for its distinctive design, bold use of colourful gemstones and mastery of artisanal techniques. With this festive collaboration, Pomellato brings its heritage of creativity to Switzerland for the first time in partnership with The Woodward Auberge, infusing the hotel’s storied lakefront setting with Milanese elegance.

The exclusive festive partnership, available from the 25th November throughout December, will feature a series of limited-edition experiences for guests of The Woodward Auberge. Executive Pastry Chef Titouan Claudet, recently named Pastry Chef of the Year 2025 by Gault & Millau, will present a Pomellato-inspired festive afternoon tea, where each creation reflects the maison’s signature artistry through its colour, textures and craftsmanship, echoing the spirit of its most iconic designs. A glittering festive Pomellato tree will illuminate the hotel lobby, while Bar 37 will unveil a signature Pomellato-inspired cocktail.

A Festive Pomellato Afternoon Tea

The Pomellato Afternoon Tea celebrates the artistry that unites haute joaillerie and haute pâtisserie, where both crafts transform raw materials into treasures – one through gold and gemstones, the other through flavours and textures. Each creation is imagined as a jewel, designed to surprise, delight, and echo the joyful discovery of Pomellato’s iconic designs.

Highlights include Chocolat Show by Pomellato, a trompe-l’œil hot chocolate concealing a forêt noire heart beneath a vanilla mousse and glossy cherry glaze; the Signature Cookie Revisited, a playful composition of raspberry, caramel and praline rose topped with delicate raspberry pearls evoking Pomellato’s luminous gemstones; and the Piémont Hazelnut Macaron, embossed with the Pomellato “P” as a sweet emblem of authenticity. The experience is complemented by a refined selection of Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Champagne, teas from Palais des Thés or Tea Repertoire in Carouge, and a series of bespoke beverages including the NUDO mocktail with rice milk and saffron syrup, and TOGETHER, a cocktail blending butter-infused whiskey, grapefruit and Earl Grey tea.

Served in The Woodward’s elegant Lounge overlooking Lake Geneva, the Pomellato Afternoon Tea offers an exquisite celebration of Milanese creativity and Swiss refinement, available daily from 25 November through December.

A Jewel-Inspired Pomellato Cocktail

Created as a tribute to Pomellato, Pom Pom is an exclusive cocktail conceived as a liquid jewel – a reflection of the maison’s Italian audacity and refined artistry. Balancing pure vegetal notes of lemon balm and eucalyptus with the smoky depth of mezcal and the rounded elegance of blended vermouths, the composition unfolds with subtle sophistication, echoing the harmony of Pomellato’s craftsmanship. Served stirred in a delicate coupe glass with a diamond-shaped ice cube at its heart and finished with an orange zest twist, Pom Pom transforms a simple tasting into an artistic and sensory ritual.

Priced at 30 CHF, 50% will be donated by The Woodward Auberge to the campaign’s chosen charity, Le Cœur des Grottes, a historic Geneva-based women’s and children foundation that supports victims of violence and human trafficking. Established in 1902 and operating as a foundation since 2006, it is recognized locally for both its expertise and its innovative approach to care. Pomellato will generously donate 2 ‘000€ to Le Cœur des Grottes.

“This collaboration embodies the essence of The Woodward Auberge, where exceptional design, culinary artistry and timeless elegance meet. We are honoured to partner with Pomellato, whose contemporary vision of craftsmanship beautifully complements our own dedication to offering unforgettable moments to our guests.” Hector Lugo, General Manager of The Woodward Auberge Collection.

Steeped in history, The Woodward Auberge occupies a 1901 Belle-Époque landmark on Geneva’s Quai Wilson, reimagined by renowned architect Pierre-Yves Rochon as an intimate collection of just 26 suites. Almost all offer sweeping views over Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc, with interiors that balance Parisian elegance and contemporary comfort.

The Three-Michelin Key hotel is home to Geneva’s only Two Michelin Star restaurant, L’Atelier Robuchon, helmed by Executive Chef Olivier Jean under the culinary direction of Alain Verzeroli. Verzeroli is Culinary Director of The Bastion Collection, the world-renowned hospitality brand that owns The Woodward Auberge and boasts ten Michelin stars internationally, solidifying its position as a global leader in Michelin accolades. The Woodward Auberge also features Le Jardinier, a vegetable-driven concept created by Verzeroli, further underscoring the property’s position at the forefront of international gastronomy.

Its 1,200 square-metre Guerlain Spa, spread across two floors, features Geneva’s longest indoor pool at 21 metres, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and a comprehensive suite of wellness experiences, affirming The Woodward Auberge as both an epicurean and restorative destination.

The Woodward, Auberge Collection, invites guests and locals alike to join in this rare festive celebration of Milanese artistry and Swiss refinement this holiday season.
