RAYMOND WEIL Celebrates Its Return to Watches & Wonders with New Freelancer Models
Geneva, Switzerland – Independent Swiss watch brand RAYMOND WEIL unveils two new models from its iconic Freelancer collection at Watches & Wonders 2025. These new timepieces blend traditional watchmaking craftsmanship with contemporary design.
A First: The First Freelancer with a Full Calendar
With the introduction of the first full calendar in the Freelancer collection, RAYMOND WEIL reaches a new milestone. This model displays the date, month, day of the week, and moon phases, elegantly integrated into a newly designed 40mm case with built-in correctors. The harmonious layout of the indicators on a sandblasted dune or deep blue dial creates a captivating interplay of light and shadow.
Available in two references – 2766-PC5-64001 with a rose gold PVD-coated stainless steel case and 2766-ST-50001 in stainless steel – this model combines precision with timeless aesthetics. The moon phase display is inspired by an authentic NASA photograph, adding a poetic touch to the watch.
Limited Edition: RW1212 Skeleton in a New Cushion Shape
Another highlight is the limited-edition RW1212 Skeleton, restricted to just 500 pieces, featuring a striking new cushion-shaped case. Powered by the in-house RW1212 caliber, this timepiece merges technological innovation with bold design. The unique geometry of the case gives the watch a modern yet classic appeal.
The Essence of the Freelancer Collection
Since its launch in 2007, the Freelancer collection has embodied independence and creative expression. As the first collection introduced under the leadership of CEO Elie Bernheim, it seamlessly blends modern watchmaking craftsmanship with the company’s deep-rooted family traditions. Striking a perfect balance between elegant design and technical excellence, the Freelancer collection appeals to watch enthusiasts who seek both functionality and refinement in a timepiece.
“Freelancer represents the freedom to express our watchmaking expertise while honoring our heritage. These new models mark another step in the evolution of our brand.” – Elie Bernheim, CEO of RAYMOND WEIL
With these latest creations, RAYMOND WEIL reaffirms its reputation as an independent watch brand that harmonizes traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. The new Freelancer models are now available.
